Visionary Heart Alchemy, a pancultural 21st century expression of the ancient art and science of alchemy, is a personal systemic developmental/transformational process the makes use of both modern and ancient insights It is unique approach to personal alchemy (and from there systemic and global alchemy), built around a core process – the activation, stabilization and utilization of the Visionary Heart. Running parallel to this is the development of facility in 11 core skill categories. We utilize these skills to activate the visionary heart and energizing the Visionary Heart will directly increase facility with the 11 skills (some more directly then others).
The core methods of visionary heart alchemy are patterned such that anyone who has access to this material (ie someone with web access) already has everything s/he needs to practice visionary heart alchemy. Yet at the same time make skillful utilization of many kinds of support resources, such as various forms of Personal Alchemical Technology.
Exoteric and Esoteric Approaches
The very name “Visionary Heart Alchemy” conveys the truth that an esoteric approach is used within Visionary Heart Alchemy. However, It is possible to use much of the Visionary Heart Alchemy developmental process with a more or less exoteric view.
Esoteric here implies drawing upon mystical and/or spiritual traditions as fundamental resources. It conveys a recognition that there are many layers and dimensions to relative reality and that learning to interact with these layer and dimensions of reality can be a powerful skillful means
However, many of the core processes can be understood through more exoteric models of systemic development. The core processes are reflected in measurable aspects of physiology. Many of the methods can be understood via psychological process.
It is not required to believe in the esoteric (or exoteric for that matter) aspects of Visionary Heart Alchemy to benefit from many aspects of the training. However an attitude of suspended disbelief is recommended while one tests the methods out for oneself. The esoteric views and method are highly functional and deeply enrich the effectiveness of the process.
The Training Process is flexible to accommodate situational constraints such as busy schedules. It has a systematic development process yet allows for spontaneous direction . Real and consistent progress could be made with even five minutes a day and a half hour session once a week. However an hour a day will allow for very noticeable development in a short period of time.
The core of the training is the activation of Visionary Heart. This training by itself has massive benefits and can be considered a complete training.
Running parallel to this core training is the development in 11core skill areas. These 11 core skill areas create a complete and solid basis for any kind of specific alchemical training. The processes used to activate the Visionary Heart also develop many of the core skills.
Activation of the Visionary Heart and cultivation of the 11 core skills are highly leveraged developmental activities. “Highly leveraged” means that even small gains can have very wide ranging and powerful impact.
The 11 core skills get further development with and are utilized by the Reality Hacking Alchemies which form the body of methods which will be used to deepen ones personal transformation and to engage in global alchemy.
